Information we collect
Clair GTD does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information from its users.
The information that may be stored by Real Creations AB may originate from support e-mail, sent from the app, by the user of the app. The support e-mail contains: e-mail address of the sender, the app version, the operating system version, the type of the device (iPad or iPhone) and languages used in the device, as well as the information about the start and the end of the Clair Pro subscription. The user can redact and choose not to send part of this information to Real Creations AB.

If you subscribe to Clair Pro in the app, an Apple system dialog may ask you to optionally share your e-mail address, postal code, or other information with Real Creations AB. At the time of writing, Apple does not offer Real Creations AB a way to opt out of this data collection, and it will be available to us from anyone who opts in.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our apps and customer support, according to our general privacy policy on this site.
